Hi! I'm Sabrina, Head of Order Operations at Rupa! I'm looking for another scrappy hustler of a human to join our Order Ops team and become part of the mitochondria that we are!
Our company, Rupa Health, is a rapidly growing team backed by top investors and advisors in Silicon Valley, and we're looking for a full-time, remote(!!!) Order Operations Specialist to start as soon as possible!!
Your work will directly impact the health and quality of life of integrative and functional medicine practitioners and patients around the world, and you'll work as part of our Operations team. We're the largest team in the company and growing quickly!
About Sabrina
I love love love all things operations and problem solving! I currently have 13 direct reports and oversee the Order Operations team. I am very passionate about finding various solutions to a problem, and am looking for an A+ team player with the same mindset to join us on this journey!
If I could implement new processes all day I would BUT - I do like to save time for other hobbies like hiking, triathlon, and backpacking! On a typical Saturday morning, you can catch me on my early morning long run, and then strolling to the local farmer’s market with my mushroom latte and my Chihuahua, Winston! My top three personal values are growth, perseverance, and adventure - I try to live by these everyday!
This role is mainly data transfer & includes:
- Clerical work
- Administrative tasks related to lab orders
- Customer support with practitioners and labs over the phone and email
- Ensuring quality control in lab ordering
- Data Transferring
- Backend Process Improvements
- We all wear many hats and responsibilities may change over time!
- $40,000 annual salary

- Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, takes initiative, time management, and be able to handle many tasks

- Recent college grad or human with scrappy hustle mentality.
- Strong communication & basic customer service skills

- Note: we are looking for someone who is willing to pick up the slack where ever is needed and is a true team player
- Must be located in the USA
- You need reliable high-speed internet
- Immediate start, able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work remote - anywhere in the USA
- Work schedule is remote and flexible, but must be available for team-wide Zoom calls at 9:30-10am PST Mondays and Tuesdays, and 9:30-10:30am PST Wednesdays
- Must be available for company meetings during the day over zoom and available from 8-5
- Available for a full normal 8 hour work day
- Needs to be available a few hours over the weekend for asynchronous work (flexible timing)
